In reality india has no money. period. all the hype and talk of grandeur that india can buy anything anytime from anywhere in any quantity is horseshit. but indian fanboys would still harp the there would be more follow on ordrs for Rafael, and I bet even the 36 deal will take atleast two more years to fianlize.
