So, according the CG this fourth generation tank will run on eight wheel? Any rumor about tank armament caliber will use and weight?

Well it just a CG from an artist. We still don't know how this tank will be look like

So from what I gathered:

- Two crew in encased cockpit
- 130mm gun, possibly electro-chemical gun
- Low profile with reduced heat signature
- Active defence system
- Hydraulic suspension
- Sensor fusion coupled with VR display technology

I actually don't agree with the concept of two man tanks. The minimum should be three. You're placing a lot of burden on the gunner to search for targets while manning the weapons at the same time. In addition, maintenance and repairs are severely hampered by taking a man out.

then what's the point of developing a next-generation mbt when unless there is evolutionary advances, tank technology is more or less stagnant already(in fact, it's bordering on obsolescence)? surely the researchers must have their reasons to downsize the 4th generation mbt to 2 man? hell perhaps a 5th generation mbt will have only 1 single crew with every tasks(gunning, aiming, loading, spotting, communicating, fire-handling, etc) taken care of by futuristic automated 'smart- technology'.

Its not too farfetched the russian upgrade 4 armata will take the crews out of the tank completely. Making it a tank version of the UGV.

The head of 201th insitute (where most Chinese MBT comes from) did mentioned that the 4th generation tanks should have the following features:

(1) 2-men craw

(2) information fusion, including inter-vehicle network fusion, sensor fusion and combat array control, maintainence information fusion etc.

(3) fully integrated weaponary system, vehicle-wide, squad-wide and battlion-wide

(4) high power-density powertrain, and hybrid electric transmission

(5) full dimension protection: active defence system, stealth feature, non-conventional advanced armour

(6) integrated device management system

This can be found from a interview of Dr Mao Ming, the head of 201th institute, in China's CCTV, a brief summary of the interview can be found here (in Chinese):
