Im going to cross off visiting Indonesia.

I mean Saltwater Crocodiles
Sumatran Tigers
Komodo Dragons
Reticulated python
Tsunamis
Volcanoes

All that stuff screw that!!!

Best time to visit if you love outdoor (hiking, camping, trekking, etc) is during the not-so wet season usually between April to October depending on region. And if you like active volcano you should try hiking (or summiting if you able to do so) Mount Semeru / Mahameru which has been continuously erupting (VEI 2) in 20 minutes interval since 1967. And if you seek bargain price / fare you might wanna try to visit during Ramadhan, because during that time in most national park they really need all source of revenue to offset the lack of tourist during that period.

Salty, Komodo, and Reticulated python are well known man eater so best practice is to always heed safety advisory.

Still Australia is one of the richest and most developed countries on the Planet which offers very high standards of living. Plus you don’t have deadly earthquakes, tsunamis and volcano eruptions.

Why do you think so many Turks live in there and not in Jakarta or Sumatra, Borneo etc. :D
