I agree, it sounds a little weird for someone who doesn't understand it. Plus,German is also a difficult language to learn I suppose. When you don't understand it, you feel like the person talking the language is about to beat the $hit out of you or is threatening you. I don't know why I always picture Hitler with his super energized speeches when someone speaks German. That's also the case for Japanese. Plus German tends to have very long words, and sometimes weird.

And this one, first time I saw it, it made me laugh for like 15 minutes.

And this is the longest German word:

The Longest German Word?
Its true that german has one of the most difficult grammar ever, for exsample english has only ''the'' but german has ''der'', ''die'', ''das'' depends of if the word is male, female or neuter. :)

A fast breaking (iftar) dinner organized by the U.S. Consulate in Diyarbakir in southeastern Turkey was attacked on Tuesday.

World Bulletin / News Desk

Protesters wreaked havoc on Tuesday at a fast breaking (iftar) dinner organized by the U.S. Consulate in Diyarbakir in southeastern Turkey causing injuries to seven people including a police officer in the ensuing clashes between the protesters and the police.

The US Consul in Adana, John L Espinoza condemned the attack at the event where members from 72 non-governmental organizations, including labor groups, gathered in Dagkapi Square in Diyarbakir to boycott the function.

Some among the group attacked the municipality's tent where the dinner was due to take place, throwing eggs and firecrackers, and breaking tables and chairs.

Gulten Kisanak, Diyarbakir's mayor and co-chair of the pro-Kurdish Peace and Democracy Party visited the injured in hospital along with other party members.

"We hosted a dinner event last year in the same place and it was welcomed by the local community," Espinoza said of the event which was held during the Islamic fasting month of Ramadan.

Espinoza remarked that the consulate knew that the protesters did not represent the residents of Diyarbakir, and added: "We support the right to protest, however, throwing dishes is an unacceptable act and we condemn that."

"We will not allow anything to damage the relations between Turkey and the United States," he added.

It remains unclear as to the reason why the protesters objected to the event, but it is suspected that it was a reaction to the U.S.'s support for Israel's continuous military operations against Gaza.

Oh,so the reason was actually to protest against Palestinian occupation of Israel?
Well,Palestinian case is tragic, but why sooo much aggression is on food?food is just food...juicy........ Creamy........ Cheesy...... Crunchi.........tasty........
In this case ,Pakistani protestors are wayyyy sensible, they would have broken US team and so polices head and nose, but not food...in this holy month of Ramadan....:mamba:
