It should be constructed. There are some issues all these issues are related to Royalty which should be given to KP without any bias and rest fear of drowning of areas is not an issue , people can be relocated.

We have a habbit of not doing stuff , and then putting it under carpet

Our whole infrastructure is crumbling if we hired 200,000 ppl to rebuild country that can employ 50-60 % of unemployed but do anyone takes any initiatives nope

We are using the same , rusty railways left behind by british , and we beg China to give us old locomotives ...

We don't invest in our infrastructure , only in Karachi there were some major developments - but as you know in politics I heard they have now changed that system

5 billion for Kalabagh damn in 1990 would have saved damages to our economy worth 80-140 billion dollars- and there would have not been any shortage of water instead we woudl have saved water for 8-9 years in our systems

Is a common misconception...

The purpose of a dam is to store and regulate the flow of water, not to control floods, there is no way KB dam would've been able to hold all the water. Infact, with a discharge capacity of only 98,000 ft/s, (From wikipedia, the correct unit of flow is cubic ft/s) the dam and the areas immediately surrounding it would've been at risk.

HAARP lifts the upper atmosphere , streams , and creates a plume like structure in the normally spherical shaped layer ... its just a process of heating up upper layers of atmosphere with INTENSE bombardment of waves ...emitted from wave emitting devices

When the plume is created , the jetstreams (wind streams) in the upper atmosphere take a unusual path , and it becomes possible to stall weather systems in certain areas because these patterns follow jetstreaams when you change path and behavior of jetstreams you control weather

The unusual weather pattern during that time included sigtings of unusual lights in China , and Russia and also moon soon weather can easily be minipulated by HAARP

Also US launched a Space based UAV type machine and its quite possible to hit the desired atmosphere from above any location in earth ppl may say well so where did it happen

Here is a jet stream visual aid , here you can see how different jet streams are moving about in Asia , and these jet streams follow a universal NON CHANGING , pattern

But normally if thru artificial minipulation , lets say in Britian there is a HAARP station British Agent Camron gave ok for HAARP operations , and the jet stream was heated its path would be artificially minipulated

And you can obviously run the simulators to determin how the path of the jet stream would be minipulated , and the effects of the HAARP induced weather last for days and weeks ....

Or you can also minipulate the weather layer from SPACE like I stated US launched a mystery UAV in space and yes you can also heat the atmosphere from a temporary station in space

All you need to do is send in enough energy pulses and you change the path of jetstream
