That is a gross misunderstanding which even our incompetent Finance minister is reluctant to remove. By the way it's opposite nearly everyone in Pakistan is taxed (I am talking about income tax not VAT or sales tax) even the people who are exempt and are not supposed to pay income tax they too end up paying it.

The reason i said that because if this law is made, everyone will be arrested. Everyone will be entitled for the punishment. We cannot be selective. Why PM? Why not the whole Pakistan? The law is the law. I buy your argument on income tax, but that doesn't excuse black money. We are talking about majority of population that doesn't pay taxes at all. Hence the black market. Most people who don't pay taxes are rich and they are what carry the the economy of Pakistan through the investments, trade, business,...etc. Without them, the economy will collapse. Government cannot afford that. Yet at the same time, Government cannot be punished as it is currently presiding over Pakistan. Otherwise, this will disrupt the process of the democracy which is disaster for the stable democracy.

I know it is not perfect and its has its own fault. But after completing its term, only then the accountability can be taken against PMLN. Until then, let the democracy takes its course till the term.Otherwise, no one will be able to complete its term taking the allegation into the account as well. For example, if some honest man comes into power and he rules by honestly but the allegation is made against him, so should he be forced to resigned until the investigation complete? That will become habit which in result will disaster for the democracy and its process in the long run. That's why it is safer to execute accountability after the term, not during.

So you are okay with the injustice just to give this fake democracy a chance? I agree with the argument that majority's choice should be respected but the manner in which that choice has been made is it transparent? the majority that made that choice are they educated enough to think about consequences of their decision?

I have no love for any current political leaders in Pakistan, Imran Khan is a liar I have heard him saying hospitals are not clean over and over in his speeches ............... but when I visited one of the government hospitals in Abbottabad I was shocked, trash lying in wards, smell all over, no janitorial staff in sights.

These liars cannot be given chances again and again so that our luli langri jamhooriat can survive. We need an authoritative leadership right now that is capable of multitasking that can revive our education system, that can speed our survival projects, that can boost our diplomatic efforts.

and it sounds amusing when patwaris/supporters of one who was born in politics due to Gen Zia talks about it. Your leader came into politics only because of Gen Zia and as far as musharraf is concerned if IK was boot polisher of Gen Musharraf than PTI would have won the elections in 2002 and today IK would have been the prime minister of Pakistan and Pakistan would have been in top 20 economics of the world.
