Captured Al Qaeda: Foreign Fighters 'Converging' in Pakistan

No, these are Pakistani who have taken cosmetic surgry to look like arabs and europeans then traveled to Europe and settled there for until they become naturalized so they could return to motherland and fight for its freedom..some nonsense CIA would tell you. It is evident that neither Pakistan nor Pakistani have a hand in Al-Q or TTP. Its europeans and their cold war mercinaries being reborn with religious fervor dating back to afghan-soviet war.

Afghanistan is being used as a mouse trap to flush these global jehaids form europe in the name of war against terror..clever and deceptive tactic i say. Europe should be far more intrested in addressing issues of these Muslims if they are all so proud of their democracy. Which is causing them to take rebelious ideas.

The best of strategies are born off circumstance....circumstances rarely go according to strategies.

Though people can put two and two together ...i dont see any evull Maniacal plan put to work.
making the best of what is happening is called being fast on ur feet/clever ,which most top strategists usually are.

People are very unpredictable.Strategies are born on contingencies rather than on knowing how its gonna happen..this help them avoid getting blindsided with unforeseen events.

although European fighters have been spotted in increasing numbers in recent years.

So what are european countries doing in keeping a tab on these AQ agents? letting them fly freely to pakistan...what hypocrisy?

 anyone else, would have got an infraction for this ... ;)

btw, I think the news talks about terrorists converging into Pakistan and not ISI bringing them there...

isnt that the obvious conclusion of all such reports?

they still blame Hamid Gul for that although the guy has been out of service for more than 20 years

what a load of bullshitt, there is no alquaeda, it ha never been for 10 yrs under george bush, its clearly evident that americans are finding newer excuses to invade pakistan

How do you think the friends and relatives of the thousands killed during the attacks of 9/11 feel when they see people denying the existence of Al-Qaeda? Do you think it’s fair to completely disregard their pain and dismiss Al-Qaeda’s crimes by focusing on conspiracy theories? The bombing of Al khobar towers in Saudi Arabia, the attack on the USS Cole in Yemen, and the Embassy bombings in Nairobi and Kenya are all attributed to Al-Qaeda’s terrorist activities. OBL went into hiding because he was well aware of the crimes his terrorist organization had orchestrated. And it is easy to see that their new leader is following in his footsteps. Also, did we not see an increase in the terrorists’ attacks inside Pakistan right after OBL’s death? It was easy to see that Al-Qaeda operatives were retaliating against the government of Pakistan. These terrorists are as much of a threat to Pakistan as they are to the U.S.

Al Zawahiri has clearly vowed revenge against the US in the past: “No chief of ours had died of a natural death, nor has our blood been spilled without a response.” These words send a clear message regarding his motives and intentions. He is not just a threat to the US but to all those nations that oppose terrorism and want to live in peace. We will continue this war on terror until we feel these terrorist organizations no longer pose a threat to our nations. The US does not condone terrorism, and our sacrifices in the region provide clear proof of our stance against terrorism. Our message is loud and clear: those who threaten the sovereignty of our nations and conspire to plot and kill innocent people of our nations will pay the price and be dealt with accordingly.
