I think South Punjab needs it more than Karachi. There are barely any functioning quality medical facilities in South. Its a shame how we in Punjab have treated South Punjab as a Step Child. I am strongly of the opinion of making North and South Punjab separate Provinces.

Making new provinces is a whole different debate, but neglecting these cities or part of Punjab is absolutely not going to help in anyway. By the way, if we talk about the government, it's treating the entire Pakistan like a step child. Whatever mr. Junior sharif is doing in Lahore is for the sake of votes. MashAllah PPP is not even bothering to do anything.
