Indeed, there are some issues. And both sides snubbed each other. CM of Punjab was not allowed to meet PM to convey his reservations over Khalistan issue.

No matter the excuse, Canadians aren't going to be happy about this, especially Indian Canadians. As a Pakistani, this warms my heart, because anything that messes with Indian foreign relations is funny. As a Canadian, I'm livid because my PM got snubbed by a nation that my nation has given a lot of importance to.

Indian foreign relations is better than the previous one and in a way, or that may be the only place where this government succeeds.
And the visit of Canadian PM was poorly planned. The issue here is PM Modi didn't go to receive PM. (Which is against protocol, it's only a goodwill). It'll be a humiliation for us if Indian PM flies to Mumbai to receive Canadian PM who landed first in Mumbai instead of Delhi.
Where is the Snub in this? I don't know. Some media outlets are blowing it out of proportion.
