Does anybody know more about the deal we made with Valuera?
There are sepculations that we made the worst deal ever. The rumors are that the Turkish state will get 30% of the made profit.

If it's 30%, it's not bad coz I remember our government has changed the law and lowered the percentage to 10% quite a while ago if I am not mistaken.
Correction it's 12.5%

Well in our law it's 12.5% (1 of 8). So if they agreed on 30% which is better than 12%. Isn't it?
Is Türkiye able to search it? I don't know. Maybe yes maybe no. But one thing is certain, our government is broke and won't spend money on it maybe. Because searching for petrol and gas fields you have to spend big money. Very big. So do you think that our government would to take that risk?

Friend i am specialist over that topic. There is not constant profit ratio. Some parcels are granted to some international companies because it requires huge investment expenses. (very much and very risky, that is why risk management very important)
This ratio alters in very wide range depending to the sitiution of countries in terms of oil richness presence in there. Turkey is not oil rich country. Therefore rartio 50% as i know. For exploration it is good thing make draw down the ratio. Better to have 50% than having nothing. Morever after proven reserve you can drill neighbour parcels and making production there with better ratio contracts. There is not problem. If 20 trillion reserve there exist it should be very huge reserve area. And then National companies can make it produce with 100% ratio.
But i am afraid of that sometimes this kind of companies can fabricate manipultive news about exploration for many reasons. ..selling the company share at high level or some other reasons.

In addition, the Oruc Reis seismic research vessel was in the Black Sea. The ship decided to do seismic research in the Marmara Sea. I guess the ship will new research around the discovered reserve. This decision supports the claims of discovery.
