Can we remove small talk threads from shoutbox?

This is a DEFENCE forum first and foremost. I am tired of threads like "Pakistanis are hotter" or "Some politician thinks Hindus were first on moon" or "afridi not dancing with his wife". It's fair enough that the forum has sections for such topics, but can we please prevent them from appearing in the shoutbox?
