Usually these kind of businesses are considered "strategic" and can't be sold that easily (especially the whole tehnology) to an outside partner.Transactions are made within a restricted circle or just some shares are sold but those shares won't get you complete know how of key knowledge.

Anyway the germans sure pulled a fast one on the swedes,i hope Kochum makes it out from this debacle.I've heard that the swedish goverment might get involeved to save the company.The A26 sound like the best submarine out there in the next years.

I am saying acquiring human resource from Sweden as company is closing along with the technology which it has. It will be Billion of deal for Sweden as well.
