Chinese DF 21 is very potent weapon, its low flight trajectory and stealth is beyond 21 st century. I heard that, to maintain its secracy they tested df21 not in planet Earth. I even heard they have base like Area 51 in other galaxy.

The chinese missiles are designed to defeat against anti missile missiles and ciws before hitting target.

KKH doesnt even pass from cities which are relatively near to Leh or other bordering areas let alone siachin.. where both parties occupy strategic positions (militarily) over a glacier of no importance or real strategic value in any terms rather than jingoism.

Siachin is atleast 17 hours by road from KKH.... which merely touches the road to Skardu (which itself is 150 KM from KKH)... and from where it takes another 7-8 hours to siachin.

Road to Skardu --- its a detour from KKH.

It almost a day to reach near Leh from Skardu.
