Who knows what would happen once there is a real outbreak of war?

Many warheads of America and Russia are the relics of the Cold War, it gets atrophied with age. So it needs to be retired in order to be replaced with brand new and more sophisticated warheads.

The modern warheads are miniaturized that can have many MIRV into a single ballistic missile, which makes far more lethal than the warheads produced during the Cold War.

Yep, our minimal nuclear deterrance is to be able to wipe out all potential enemies if we get annihilated by a first strike. Since wipe out the World XX times is overkill.

USA has such cutting edge weapons that china cant even dream of. if USA provides them to India if (as it wants to contain china) , difference between Chinese and Indian might will negligible. then mighty India will defeat china. this way USA will not have to fight china directly.
