Best Spiritual contribution

And those individuals who participate in the TJ ijtemas and get spiritually awakened ( which is what you mean ), what has been the contribution to humanity of these individuals ? :)

It is not their job.

Whose job is it then ? I mean, they are a good network of people from different backgrounds. Why have they failed in putting together their various skills ?

.
What has been their scientific, technological or political contribution to humanity ?
they are strictly apolitical.. so they didn't neither in Afghan jihad, nor in Khatm-e-enubuwat, nor in Khilafat, nor in dif-e-sahbah, etc so that is why they are not banned anywhere or by any sect.. that is anyway, big achievement that everybody has neutral view about them...
anyway, they can bring at least social change for which they have to be very disciplined... like Khaksar tehrek.. but then it will limit the induction.

But you should know, that besides tech, we need experts in social science, arts, law etc. I sometimes think, if only they can just focus on two things. Journalism/orator/poetry/ etc or in public voice/law/social work.. Like if they can sport a lawyer, doc in every locality and start people helping out in Govt offices for their application, submitting documents etc.. or helping people in courts.. soon they will be a powerhouse where local will surely look upto their imams.
Also we need spiritual/mental assistance.. if we can train our mullah for counselling/adult/parenting advice we can achieve much more. @Safriz @Zarvan @Rafi @BHarwana

They are not decreasing. It is a misleading stat. The population growth in Manipur has far outpaced the normal growth of the Muslims. In 2001, the Muslim percentage of the population was 8.8%. In 2011, it was 8.4%. That is being used as a statistic that Muslims were decreasing in Manipur, when the reality is as follows:

Manipur population 2001: 2,166,788
Muslims in 2001: 190,939

Manipur population 2011: ‎2,855,794
Muslims in 2011: 239,886

Manipur population increase (2001-2011): 31%
Muslim population increase (2001-2011): 25%

. .
so they didn't neither in Afghan jihad

Bhai, that was not a jihad but a war in which terrorists from all over the world were brought in by Western powers to topple the progressive Afghan government. In the 80s an Afghan went to space and stayed in a Soviet space station. Compare that to the present situation where a woman was lynched on charges of desecrating a Quran. Some of those who fought against the Afghan government in the 80s are part of Afghan politics now. You tell me what is their plan for the next five years for Afghanistan.

so that is why they are not banned anywhere or by any sect.. that is anyway, big achievement that everybody has neutral view about them...

The TJ is banned in Russia and the stan countries because the TJ is the stepping stone towards joining or creating terrorist groups. I quote the Wikipedia page for the TJ :
The U.S. Government has closely monitored Tablighi Jamaat since September 2001. According to US officials, though the Tablighis do not have a direct link with terrorism, the teachings and beliefs of Tablighi Jamat have been a cornerstone for joining in radical Muslim groups. One of the terrorist Syed Rizwan Farook involved in the 2015 San Bernardino attack was a student of the teachings of Tablighi Jamaat
According to Pakistani security analysts and Indian investigators, The founders of terrorist group Harkat-ul-Mujahideen were members of the Tablighi Jamaat. The intelligence estimates that over 6,000 Tablighis were trained in Harkat-ul-Mujahideen terrorist camps in Pakistan.

Some of the terrorist involved in the 9/11 terrorist attack had stayed in the premises of the Tablighi Jamaat centre in New Delhi.
In February 2020, a counter-terrorism operation in Russia led to the arrest of seven Tablighis and dismantled the terrorist cell affiliated to the Tablighi Jamaat. According to Russian intelligence, the terrorist cell was involved in dissemination of materials and radicalization. The Tablighi Jamat was banned Russia since 2009.The Supreme Court of Russia also recommendation the Tablighi Jamat to be included into the list of terrorist groups monitored by the Kremlin.
According to Alex Alexiev, "perhaps 80% percent of the Islamist extremists have come from Tablighi ranks, prompting French intelligence officers to call Tablighi Jamaat the 'antechamber of fundamentalism.
Tablighi members who have been charged with terrorism include: Zacarias Moussaoui (charged in the United States in the 11 September attacks), Hervé Djamel Loiseau (French citizen found in Afghanistan), and Djamel Beghal (Algerian-born French citizen and Al Qaeda member who was convicted of plotting to blow up the U.S. Embassy in Paris), Syed Rizwan Farook. In a foiled January 2008 bombing plot in Barcelona, Spain, "some media reports" stated that a Muslim leader in the city stated that the fourteen suspects arrested by police in a series of raids (where bomb-making materials were seized) were members of the Tablighi Jamaat. Other terrorist plots and attacks on civilians that members of Tablighi Jamaat have been connected with include the Portland Seven, the Lackawanna Six, the 2006 transatlantic aircraft plot, the 7/7 London bombings, the 2007 London car bombs, and 2007 Glasgow International Airport attack.
In January 2016, in what was "probably the first time that any restriction has been placed on Tableeghi Jamaat" in Pakistan, the Punjab government banned preaching on university campuses, and banned Tableeghi Jamaat (and other non-students) from preaching and staying in campus hostels.

Like if they can sport a lawyer, doc in every locality and start people helping out in Govt offices for their application, submitting documents etc.. or helping people in courts..

That is a different topic. There need not be such complication in government work in this day and age of computerization.

Also we need spiritual/mental assistance

Can you please tell me what it means in your understanding ?

Pakistan's population density isn't high and it also has an enemy far larger than itself to face. Numbers also have a quality in itself.
However you are correct the population should stabilise, but I don't believe it will until there is massive economic growth, and more family planning. But by this time it will probably cross 300 million.

Pakistan's population has nothing to with its adversary. Nobody in Pakistan is having babies with a threat in mind and neither should we bother with that.

With the population we have, our GDP should be triple, quadruple of what it is. Brazil's population is 212 million but their GDP is 6x ours ($1.8T vs. $320B) This is horrendous for us! We have an under-utilized, unskilled and uneducated population that is literally good for nothing.

However the population boon is also the only "asset" available to Pakistan otherwise our country is barren in terms of natural resources (don't get taken in by the oft-repeated claim by every single government "Allah nay iss mulk ko har tarah ki maadaniyaat say nawaza hai". If this were true, we would have had massive oil, copper, gold discoveries already.) The reality is that we have NOTHING of this sort.

The only thing we have at our disposal is our incredibly high birthrate and population. We need to educate our population so we can do more in the services industry and start increasing the calibre of our manpower. Only then can we benefit from the 300-400 million population. In reality, the country has the potential to be a global economic powerhouse but the illiteracy in the masses is the single biggest impediment.

good info... right platform can be used to evil things.. I meant there, Ameer of TJ never supported that.
Can you please tell me what it means in your understanding ?
I meant social needs.. like counselling etc.. some require PhD level education but some basic issues not.. compared anxiety, depression to bullying, swearing etc... I am also talking about group talk, social engagement, harmony and unity activity, some community service, some lecture about; being adult, use of technology, civic sense besides teaching reading and writing Arabic.
Spiritual needs are very religion/sect/thought specific.. but my main argument was, we not always need scientific breakthrough from a group. However, as a society we are weak in social sciences too so they may fill the gap.

By-2050-India-to-have-largest-Muslim-population-Study.jpg

Muslims are projected to grow faster than the world's overall population and that Hindus and Christians are projected to roughly keep pace with worldwide population growth, the report said.

WASHINGTON: Hindus will become the world's third largest population by 2050, while India will overtake Indonesia as the country with the largest Muslim population, according to a new study.

According to the Pew Research Center's religious profile predictions assessed data released on Thursday, the Hindu population is projected to rise by 34 per cent worldwide, from a little over 1 billion to nearly 1.4 billion by 2050.

By 2050, Hindus will be third, making up 14.9 per cent of the world's total population, followed by people who do not affiliate with any religion, accounting for 13.2 per cent, the report said.

The people with no religious affiliation currently have the third largest share of the world's total population.

Muslims are projected to grow faster than the world's overall population and that Hindus and Christians are projected to roughly keep pace with worldwide population growth, the report said.

"India will retain a Hindu majority but also will have the largest Muslim population of any country in the world, surpassing Indonesia," it said.

"Over the next four decades, Christians will remain the largest religious group, but Islam will grow faster than any other major religion," according to the report.
The report predicted that by 2050 there will be near parity between Muslims (2.8 billion, or 30 per cent of the population) and Christians (2.9 billion, or 31 per cent), possibly for the first time in history.

There were 1.6 billion Muslims in 2010, compared to 2.17 billion Christians.

"The number of Muslims will nearly equal the number of Christians around the world," it added.

If the trend continues, Islam will be the most popular faith in the world after 2070, it said.

By 2050, Muslims will make up about 10 per cent of the Europe's population, up from 5.9 per cent in 2010.

Over the same period, the number of Hindus in Europe is expected to roughly double, from a little under 1.4 million (0.2 per cent of Europe's population) to nearly 2.7 million (0.4 per cent), mainly as a result of immigration, it said.

In North America, the Hindu share of the population is expected to nearly double in the decades ahead, from 0.7 per cent in 2010 to 1.3 per cent in 2050, when migration is included in the projection models. Without migration, the Hindu share of the region's population would remain the same.

Buddhism is the only faith that is not expected to increase its followers, due to an ageing population and stable fertility rates in Buddhist countries, such as China, Japan and Thailand.

The projections considered fertility rates, trends in youth population growth and religious conversion statistics

Well at least they are showing Muslims dressed appropriately for Covid-19.

The only recognized Muslims in manipur are "p angal" (derived from "bengal").The kings of manipur has always been very open-minded and showed great benevolence to war captives likw p a NGALS ,the british also noted the magnanimous attitude of the kings of Manipur. The p a n ga l community speak in metei-lon,eat meitei food, adopted meitei family/clan naming system ,to a great extend they act and think like meiteis, even share some genetic ad mix with locals like uyghurs and fairly open-minded in comparison. Residing in imphal Manipur valley where the culture & society of the majority community stresses on gender equality & education, with avg literacy rate being 95%, the original p a n gal community has consequently developed high literacy rate in comparison to Muslims in other parts of India ,which were less privileged and prone to systemic negligence,so they don't breed at the lvl of muslims in some other states.
Muslim population may have increased in manipur recently ,due to influx of immigrants from assam & bd borders in areas like jiribam, but the recognized musilms ,p a ngals, may not have grown exponentially in size in comparison to naga population in manipur driven by immigrants from myanmar &nagaland, hence the negative rating.
