F-35 price won't come down until 2019+ supposedly when production is supposed to ramp up.

I don't doubt Greece will get its hands on the F-35 one day.

I also don't doubt the US will make such a "sale" on favorable terms to Greece.

But that probably has to do more with modern day geopolitics..i.e. punishing Turkey...than admiration for Greek history.
