First you Need a doctrine and Turkey has a doctrine of combined arms like all NATO countries, Russia, China and all serious powers.

In that case a huge land force is a Thing of the past and what wins wars are Navy and Air Force. It seems Turkey has a good planning with MILGEM, MILDEN and T-FX Projects in this case. I am curious how the turkish stealth Fighter will perform.
