Yes, you've good relationships with all your neighbours except Pakistan, IOK, China, Nepal, Sri Lanka. That leaves Bangladesh(Only Govt Not people), Maldives and Bhutan(maybe).
Bangladeshi members here are quoting India as their prime enemy. Some are planning ways to counter possible Indian attacks.
Good luck with Maldives and Bhutan though.

Maldives is not far from Pakistan, strategically its not valuable for India, but if they do decide to establish some sort of hinduvta govt. Pakistan should help stop that.
As for Sri Lanka and Bhutan/Nepal... they’re at most risk.

Relationship between BGB and BSF are not that rosy this article is trying to paint. There may be bonhomie in the top level but the ground reality is much different. Just a few days ago a group of BGB soldiers locked their weapon to shoot at BSF when BSF tried to push a mentally unstable person inside Bangladesh. Six months ago a BSF person was killed during shoot out between BGB and BSF. There are frequent non lethal fight between this two border guard personnel.
