Wrong. India knows the consequence for killing Pakistani citizens and BSF would not dare to shoot like this. Besides, cattle is not a trading commodity from india to Pakistan.

There are smugglers in both countries but they are small in number and vary in operations.
both the countries have frameworks and agreements set out to reduce tension along the border.
Pak and India occasionally arrest fishermen and trespassers who are released after their sentence is complete.
Unlike Bangladesh Pak hasnt the need for importing cows or large scale goods as most of the daily things Pak already has thanks to trade with china, Iran and close sea route to gulf countries.
Also Punjab is the bread basket of Pakistan and that province alones provides more for pak than many of things in the international trade in the country.
To be frank India can do whatever it wants to illegal immigrants and smugglers on its territory.
Its immoral i agree in ? to the killings but the BSF can do whatever it wants as its their border and any1 crossing over illegally or smuggling can expect to get shot or killed. (They know the risks)
Further how can you tell if it is a simple innocent guy or smuggler in dead of night????
I noticed that many of the killings previously mentioned cattle smugglers and illegals running off!
BIG MISTAKE If you get caught and you know you have no right to be there, the least you should do is stop running and surrender to the authorities then maybe you will be handed back after completion of sentence.
If still not satisfied then take the issue to international forum , shoot back AT BSF or talk again with Indian government on the issue.
The problem is
Bangladesh is surrounded by india from all sides , no land access to china, sea route takes long, Burma doesnt have the type of commodities that would be suitable i.e. from china so i think thats where the frustration lies is that Bangladesh has to depend on India for cheap goods.
Regarding incidents on indo Pak border- the international border between India- Pak is mostly peaceful only in disputed Kashmir are incidents brought up from time to time.
However both nations have agreed to ceasefire , and infiltration is difficult since most of border is fenced and mined. Pak has also shown restraint in recent areas such as giving back Indian copter and not retaliating when 3 of our guys were martyred in summer.
This kind of close coordination between countries take years to develop but Bangladesh scenario is different because
the border is longest 1 with India and quite a large parts of them are not properly marked i.e. house on the border line etc.
Until the border is clearly marked/defined, cattle trade increased and sincere commitment to peace, these problems will continue to persist if not resolved by diplomatic means .
