I'm not a father but I have a younger brother and if his teacher did that to him I would beat the living daylights out of that teacher.

1980 my son was in 6th grade and something happend and he and this other kid ended up in the principal's office. Now my son is one of those people who will just not lie no matter what, So the Principal says say yes you did it and I will let you go but if you say no I will beat you. And he says no I told you I didn't do it and he was bashed just like this kid but 10 times more he had 52 scares on his back and legs, and the princple knew who I was and was commanding a fighter Sqd. He starts walking home and faints in the middle of the road in the base, base security officer saw him lying flat in the middle of the road and was bleeding like hell from his back and legs so he knows my son takes him to the IM romm for treatment. They called me and my sqd Found out so everyone say let go to see him because my son spent more time with my students then me so they all loved him , I go to the school and tell the Principal that what you did you wrong and if I wasn't an officer I would have killed you by now. And I walk out but my students were pissed and wanted to teach the Principal a lesson, so they all go to my son and say tell us what should we do to him you say it and it will be done and he say it ok dont worry, but one of my students said to hell with this we will take care of him our own way without telling me they went to his house at 2am 5 of them one of them is an ex-Vice Chief now they tie him up shaved his head and his mustashes. Well they did a bad job gave his to many tucks, in the morning all hell breaks loose Base commander OC flying and the Principal
arrives at my sqd and when I saw him I was shocked and ask him what happend and he started crying that dont be so innocent your guys did this there were these 5 and I said its not possible they were on night duty so they could not have left the sqd and those 5 students of mine had about 40 air men swearing that they were all present in the sqd even the guard at the base gate said they didn't leave his place. when I asked them did you 5 do it they just gave me a wink so then I knew it was my students. so there was a big inquiry logged it was so big that it ended up with ACM Shamim but no proof was found against my students.

I think the whole community should do the same and beat the **** out of this teacher so no one person can be blamed , this only means that he is not the only one beating kids. They should brake both his hands and legs.

I think it would be more appropriate to file a criminal case on the teacher, and allow the law to take measures against him, it would be more justified that way.

Kids make mistakes. That is the nature of a child to make mistakes. There is absolutely no room for corporal punishment of this sort. In Pakistan, this is the routine. There is a need to put an end to this type of punishment. In my school, a classmate of my brother's was beaten by his teacher with a broken leg of a chair. The kid lost both of his knees and that teacher continued to teach till retirement.

These teachers are not trained, thus they take their silly frustrations out on Children. Corporal punishment needs to me banned and made illegal. It is not allowed in the Services Academies and there should be no room for it in public or private schools. It does not change the behavior of the children and actually encourages children to leave school or perpetually become scared of subject matter with which they have had difficulty and due to which they were punished.

Kids will be kids that is the most important thing which they have to understand, I on the other hand do not believe in punishment there are several ways to teach Yes there are always one or two who will always create problems, in that case first talk to the kids and them bring in the parents if not than punishment. But it should be the last option. but not like this that you butcher someones kid.
