Exactly! That is what makes me really suspect his motive. He is practically being propped by the government (not literally, I am not a conspiracy theorist ). Every time the word muslim comes in media, they parade him around on all News channels like he is some sort of spokesman for the muslims in UK. I was saying there should be genuine academic research to find cause of radicalization... instead of blaming it on anjem or words like fake mullahs do it. Surely these people help but not the major cause.

Nothing wrong being an Aalim but they should be of javed ghamdi, maulana maudodi, dr.isar ahmad etc calibre...
An aalim is specialist on religion just like doctor is in the medicine...unfortunately our maulanas are rejects, losers of our society. I know some guys who repeatidly failed in schools so were sent to madrassas. Those who have low IQs are also sent to madrassas. I had classfellow in Qatar, a son of engineer, they sent their brother to pakistan to madrassa as he had difficulty in learning. His bro is a maulvi now while he is aeronautical engineer.

The root cause of terrorism are the "mullahs" who give radical interpretations of Islamic text to justify political terrorism. They target vulnerable people with inadequate knowledge of Islamic texts by presenting themselves as heirs to the lost glory of Muslim Empires in the past. The they then presents instances of western war mongering as justification for their interpretations. There, I did without getting millions of pounds from the British tax payer. And if you are wondering how they do it, because a mullah tried this trick on me.

One of my relative is associated with his al-mawrid, he gifted all of javed ghamdi books to me. I have read it and i am impressed at his intellect and fresh approach.
They are threatened by taliban, one of their scholar Dr.farooq khan was killed by taliban.
