it is biased against aid but it does bring something important up though

are the true people who needing the aid actually getting it and all of it, and not through a middle man.

Directly going to the pockets of politicians. The program is more of a political slogan. Even some of the local NGOs are doing more for the poor than BISP. You can get your BISP card if you have political outreach. The British Government should use the money in a way it directly benefit the people of Pakistan or just stop the aid.

Actually, this is a wrong forum to gauge out BISP credibility as it totally consists of Army lovers and Politician haters.
Posters here thinks very bias as BISP is not a program of Government of Pakistan but of a Political Party alone.

If god-forbids there happens to be a martial law in Pakistan and any general ruling over it, all these haters you might see posting ga ga about the same BISP.
