Anyway, only Germany can be called "advanced country who has been building tanks for almost a century".
Other "advanced countries" has old outdated tanks (like Challenger 2), or fantasy prototypes (like this PL-01)

Plus you think our defence giant like BAE will be investing hundreds of millions into something they don't intend to mass produce and even export at some point?
Poland intend to replace many of its old soviet era tanks/infantry fighting vehicle with this . So don't worry about this project it's doing just fine.

Paladin tend to trace many of its old soviet era tanks/infantry fighting vehicle with this . So don't worry about this project it's doing just fine.

Yes German tanks may be a little better but a Challenger 2 will still take out a Leopard 2
with virtually the same level of probability as vice-versa.

Yes, your BAE know what its doing, its investing in subsystems like stealth armor which later can be used in future autonomous drone war machines. Not in fantasy tanks. Its Poland who put money in stealth manned tanks which has no place in future. BAE just took old chassis which they made previously (CV90120-T) and made fantasy prototype for Poland out of it. They didnt waste resources to make new chassis, cause they know it has no future.

Stealth armor sure is expensive. So it will be much more appropriate for future unmanned autonomous drones and robots which will be more compact and has less armor surface.

Yes, I agree to some extent . I believe it's more like an armoured fighting vehicle than main battle tank per se. So yes, it will indeed be a formidable addition/supplement to our challengers and the new Ajax sv .

I think this will be basis of a new generation of drone support tanks.
