British Company offering free shares

Some time back while browsing internet I cam across this web site (http://www.me2everyone.com/244206). The company is offering free shares. Although out of excitement I joined however can any one tell if they are real or not.

I have been checking this site for some time and it is evolving nicely. Even has a nice social forum added recently. For those wishing to switch from facebook this could be one alternative.
