One wonders how these scumbags get into the UK to carry out their murder hobby. Then marry a belly dancer to get papers to stay in.
Clearly this nutcase was unfit for being a member of civilized society and people in the UK failed to spot these qualities (or lack thereof) in him. Until it was too late.
There are times like this when I wish there was a technology available like shown in the movie "Minority Report".
