With all due respect, Bulgaria is the European country most capable of helping Ukraine, not Britain.

You should know that Bulgaria can mass produce T72. At present, Ukraine is most short of artillery and tanks, and Ukrainian soldiers can use T72 directly.

As for Britain, first of all, we will not talk about whether Ukrainian soldiers will use Challenger II. More than 200 British tanks are useless in front of 13000 Russian tanks, and the British production speed is too slow.

Only the Bulgarian T72 can really help Ukraine. Of course, the EU needs to pay Bulgarians.

What many here are forgetting is that this is part of the 10 year plan for the British Military upgrade which was released last month, so the time of this letter is interesting to say the least. Britain can never match Russia pound for pound but she has her advantages mainly in her naval strength and advanced air force assets.

We should hope and pray that war doesn't break out between NATO and Russia, because that is what will happen, it wont just be Boris sitting in a spitfire, it will be NATO vs Russia and then we will have WWIII.

When it comes to Power Projection and fighting war outside of their borders, Only USA/China/Russia can do it, of course USA can do fought anywhere in the world and win, China is catching up, and Russian's as we see are having hard time in fighting a war next door, so British/France/India/Germany/Japan all of them can only fight in close proximity of their homeland but not outside their borders.

The Europeans paid the Bulgarians to produce T72M2 in large quantities to the Ukrainians. This has nothing to do with whether Bulgarians are rich or not.

In fact, there are hundreds of millions of wooden handle grenades and type 81 rifles in Chinese warehouses. It was made by China in the 1960s and 1980s to defense against Soviet attack, the goal was to ensure that every Chinese had two guns and 30 grenades. Because the quantity is too much, we can't use it up. The EU can consider buying.
