From reading all these posts i concur that Indian establishment specially Air force is goofy as compare to Pakistanis, Pakistanis did not see it as a threats as it was not a fighter jet or other jet that could cause problems, and saw it as a goofy pilot who was lost and could not coordinate his communications.
