I don't think India is not sharing data, What benefit would India get out of it ?

That India is not giving the agreed amount of water to Bangladesh in accordance with the Ganges water sharing treaty between the countries.

Why would India do that ? But I thought we were discussing about Data.

By not giving the data the Indians can hide the actual amounts of water that India is releasing to Bangladesh.
