Ravies virus travles at a rate of 1cm per day. It gives ample time for the vaccination if the bite is on legs or hands, however, if the bite is on skull, face, chest or abdomen, it should be taken as emergency. Once the virus reaches the brain the person is not treatable and there is nothing much that can be done apart from pain management. Now, you guys are talkinga about sindh, wake uo folks, we don't have vaccine in punjab as well, i am a doctor with govt of punjab and believe me we are never provided with anti rabies vaccine. Patients has to buy it from outside but now it is not even available at top notch pharmacies. The reason is india, most of time the vaccine that patients bring is called indirab(made in india) now with recent standoff with india the import is halted.

Sindh Govt. is itself a human rights violator they should rename all their ministries as propaganda ministry like Nazi germany. PPP Minister only good at giving excuses, doing corruption, putting loyalists at important ministry or just plain verbal propaganda [using old tool to divert from their pathetic performance]

Stray dog population is proportional to availability of garbage. Clean cities have fewer strays. No amount of dog killing makes a difference. Just cleaning up makes dogs disappear in no time. No food for dogs, no dogs.

One of the worst deaths you can have is by rabies. I saw the video of that boy dying of rabies and his mother crying for help, honestly it felt like a knife went through my soul. May all peepeepee die of rabies.
