This is nothing. Has anyone seen the video where the policeman steps on the stomach of a fallen protesting woman and gets away for it. They are besharam. These policemen have no shame and charge protesters whenever they have a chance.

The police must be more humanitarian and be ready to help the people instead of oppressing them. A policeman even threatened Hamid Mir when he raided the Geo office.

Visually-impaired and disabled protesters were baton-charged by police on Wednesday in Lahore, private media reported.

According to details, the a protest rally; demanding employment quote for the blind and disabled, was en-route for the Chief Minister House when it was stopped by police personnel on Davis Road and was subjected to baton-charge.

Following the incident, the protestors staged a sit-in on Mall Road, leading to a traffic jam.

Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif took notice of the incident, and ordered to suspend the policemen and conduct an inquiry.

Five policemen have been suspended following the CM’s orders.
