The comparison by some on this forum of Kashmir and Balochistan is ludicrous. Kashmir is an occupied territory under international law and is subject to a type of draconian rule that is very rare in the modern world. Kashmiri freedom fighters have not killed any random civilians, laborers, etc., in the past many years. They fight the occupying force and will continue to do so.
