Blast in Quetta kills two

QUETTA: A bomb blast in Quetta near Badini stop killed two people and injured five others on Sunday, DawnNews reported.

Three houses near the site of blast were also damaged.

Sources said that a woman and child died in the blast.

Police and rescue teams reached the spot.

Injured were shifted to Civil hospital.

Law-enforcement forces cordoned off the area as investigations into the blast went underway

QUETTA: Three persons were killed and twelve injured including a woman and two children in an explosion that occurred in a house in Sariab Road area on Sunday afternoon here, Geo News reported.

Eyewitnesses said that the blast occurred at Dr. Azam Mengal’s house that caved in and also damaged the nearby houses and the buildings. The injured have been shifted to the nearby hospital and further investigation was underway.
