Blast in Lahore - Anarkali 20/01/2022

I don't think it was explicitly a double game, more of a look the way other way with a few intelligence leaks here and there. The drone strikes happened in FATA because of PA inaction, troops should have been moved as soon as the invasion of Afg was announced.

Pakistan pussyed out the fight and icing on the cake was OBL in Pakistan with a big fat $100 billion loss. Could have all been avoided.

No doubt Pakistan miscalculated US intention in Afghanistan. It would have served our interest far more had we sent troops along with NATO paid for by the US. Would have opened the avanue for significant US-Pakistan cooperation in the fields of economy, Defence tech, foreign policy ,etc... Could have even been used as a leverage vis via Kashmir.

One thing most people forget is the US invasion of Iraq in 2003 and its effects on the Afghan war. This is really when the US lost its narrative. If I were a Pak General/ISI post 2003 invasion of Iraq, id be scared that Pakistan would be on the list. If you may recall also post 2003-2010 we saw a huge deal of misinformation come up in Pakistan, with claims that the US is sponsoring BLA and hopes to break Pakistan up into 4 pieces by 2015 but none of this ever occured. US generally was supportive of Pakistan, even when many of its troops were targetted by the same taliban. US personel were also targets throughout the 2000s in Pakistan with many US assets targetted.

This was a complete U-turn from the historic perception the pakistani public had of the US up until that point. But a lot of Pakistans undercover support for the Taliban could be pointed back to fears due to the US invasion of Iraq in 2003.

Youtube was full of this crap between 2003-2010 and mullahs around the world were frothing at the mouth and started calling for the collapse of Pakistan. This is what happens when you start dancing with the devil.

Their insecurity of others not meaning well is born from their inaction when it mattered. By the time APS happened people abroad were disgusted and wondered why nothing had been done to prevent this.

It could have been Pakistan the champions going in with the world to put Taliban and OBL head on a pike rather than this reaction to the worst case scenario a decade too late.

CSF fund would have been doubled no doubt with a lot more economic activity. If PA had committed the Afghan war would have ended within 5 years.

Not to mention, the army could've taken good land from Afghanistan like Wakhan and some strategic mountain peaks in Kunar/Nangarhar to make the border more solid. Just like what Turkey did in Syria. The "double game" was the most pointless thing ever, it brought nothing positive for Pakistan, and in the end, Pakistan is still seen as a Kafir state by all the terror groups.

That happened after Pakistan remained passive despite increasing terrorist attacks. The Do more started a few years later and then intelligence sharing was cut in 2012 I think after a decade of inaction.

Do you think NDS would have partnered with India had PA had boots on ground in Afg and Taliban put to permanent sleep? India would not have been involved at all. NATO allowed that to spite you.

I don't know why people have their timelines mixed up.

Yes they would have

The afghans were harami intent on harming Pakistan

All U.S had to do was put it's foot down

It didn't, the U.S is a utter warmonger and we're untrustworthy as history proves

For others, not Pakistan. There is a distinction, you don't owe Iraq anything. What happened to them is their problem. I just don't why Pakistanis owe everyone their loyalty and willing piss away their interests :tsk:

For everyone

We repeatedly told the yanks to reign the afghans In, what was India supplying that the afghans were so eager to use them against us?

The rest is history

There is no need to panic. Lahore has a very good surveillance system and most probably terrorist behind this blast would be arrested just like guys who did blast at Hafiz Saeed residence

That is not the issue. Issue is something else

The two things that are mostly troubling are:

1. Little to no accountability by state of marxist fifth columnists who are polluting minds of ethnic minorities in state sponsored educational institutions. All those ethnic councils of pashtun and baloch students are den of potential ethnic terrorists. Nothing is being done to quell it

2. Lack of response by Pakistani state on ground against its mortal enemy. Kashmiri militancy is on freeze for now. There is a reason you see calm on LOC. Khalistani militancy is long dead. Enemy doesn't need to worry about any cost from its side. Pakistani state is now limited to useless statements and speeches by its PM and ministers
Reminds me of a dialogue from film Waar
Pakistani wo qom hy jisko apney marney ka bhi afsoos nahi hota

1-Blast
2-Pakistanis Dead
3-Nobody Caught Nobody Tried
4-ABCD Namaluum Afraad from Kaladam Tanzeem Accepted Responsibility
5-Pakistanis "Ye India ki Raa CIA Musaad ki sazish hai"

Rinse and repeat for 15 years now. Wohi bakwaas wohi daramebazi.
Hamari public apne khuun ka bhi hisaab nai mangti.

I mean cut out this Raa CIA Musaad shit and ask these authorities and institutions to provide proper investigated case and execute it and give all details to media. Like in every other country. Not same BS falan tanzeem falan namaluum.

I am baffled how successfully these institutions have blinded a nation of 230 million toward there incompetence and always vent public anger toward a boogy man.

Na kabhi Namaluum Afraad pakre jane Na hi Kaladam Tanzeem 😡😡😡

At least three people were killed and 20 injured in a blast in Lahore's Anarkali area, officials said on Thursday.
The casualties and the number of the injured were confirmed by Lahore police spokesperson Rana Arif. He said that a bomb was attached to a motorcycle but did not provide further details.
Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has taken notice of the incident and directed the inspector general of police to submit a report in this regard. He also directed officials to provide the injured with the best possible medical facilities.
Shortly after the incident occurred, Lahore deputy commissioner (DC) Umer Sher Chattha directed the civil defence officer to deploy a bomb disposal squad to the area and said that a complete and thorough sweep of the area should be conducted.
The injured were shifted to Mayo Hospital on the directives of the Lahore DC. Rescue 1122 officials were providing aid to the injured while orders were issued to impose an emergency in the hospital.
This is a developing story that is being updated as the situation evolves. Initial reports in the media can sometimes be inaccurate. We will strive to ensure timeliness and accuracy by relying on credible sources, such as concerned, qualified authorities and our staff reporters.

Not this BS again!!!!!

Why we don't have vehicle xray machines and scanners at all entry exits of our cities? Why our police has no explosive sniffing dogs?

Dull leadership, dull military, dull police? APS 2.0 to wake them up? Allah hidayat dy!

Why do we never get to find the background of the attacker. Where he is from, his family?
