You are talking through your nose. English dictates that the full stop for one word being quoted such as "backside". is placed after the word quoted whilst for a sentence quoted it is usually before the quotation eg. "I like your backside." Hope that helps

Accepted Model for international English (AmE). Ask your teacher to check on the context which I used the quotations. In my undergraduate degree , English was one of my majors which involved multiple studies of syntax and other fields. Hope that helps.

Wouldn't that be "rear of the mosque." ? It can equate to half a dozen of one and six of the other so it really is a preferential option.
