MQM has power in Sindh so i think MQM government should make very extereme laws against terrorists organizations. So far Sindh is far most peaceful provence than others(Mashallah).

Sindh was the most dangerous province of Pakistan before U.S. lead war OF terror in Pakistan and Afghanistan. We would hear stories of bomb blasts, robberies, murders, kidnappings in Sindh (especially Karachi) that was not as common in other areas of Pakistan.

FATA and NWFP were the most peaceful areas of Pakistan before America's war OF terror.

And MQM only has some power in Karachi and Hyderabad. The rest of Sindh chants "Jiye Bhutto", "Bhutto abhi zinda hain", etc etc

KARACHI:
Revolution in Pakistan like in the Middle East is inevitable and is approaching fast, but the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) will not allow religious maniacs to take over and impose tyrannical rule, said MQM chief Altaf Hussain on Friday.

He was addressing a large gathering organised by the Defence and Clifton Residents Committee (DCRC) and the Council of Professionals (COP) of the MQM at the DCRC lawn near Two Swords in Clifton.
Hussain urged religious scholars belonging to all schools of thoughts to sit together to review Clause 295 C of the Blasphemy Act and judge it on the touchstone of the Holy Quran and the authentic sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), he said.

He criticised the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) for not taking notice of those who had showered rose petals on the assassin of Salmaan Taseer. He said that the PPP was considered a liberal political party, but its silence on the blasphemy issue showed that there was only one liberal party in Pakistan, the MQM.

Hussain ‘proposed’ two resolutions to the audience, which were passed unanimously by a show of hands. The first resolution demanded that the speech that Muhammad Ali Jinnah delivered to the Constitutional Assembly on August 11, 1947, be made part of the syllabus for all students, from class one to PhD level. He said that the speech should serve as a second national anthem that people learn by heart.
The second resolution said there should be no differentiating minorities from the majority in Pakistan. Hussain said anyone who had a Pakistani passport or ID card should be regarded as a Pakistani only.

He urged the youths and students of Defence and Clifton to show their solidarity with the MQM at their schools, colleges and universities. He said that he wanted a very strong MQM office in DHA and Clifton.
Sindh minister Faisal Sabzwari, former city nazim Syed Mustafa Kamal, and the heads of the DCRC and COP also addressed the audience.

I would like to point that MQM is notorious for its terror tactics and now it is the saviour! I wonder who will save Pakistan from secular tyrants!

Sindh was dangerous due to complete negelence of the parties since indepandance, MQM was just formed recently & had power just some years back but they improved the conditions & everyone knows Sindh today is most peaceful provence.

For God sake US is not coming & bombing our innocent peoples, the people who are doing these stuffs are terrorists talebans, why can't many Pakistanis accept this fact, you will gain nothing if you hide from the truth. The minorities of Pakistan have same equal rights as the Muslims, they are our own Pakistani citizens. Wakeup Pakistanyo Wakeup.

This is Internal issue of Pakistan, so I request you not to meddle here, respected Sir. Thanks

Should we stop commenting about what's going on in Libya, Egypt or Tunisia because those are the internal affairs of those countries? I'm sure that's what the supporters of Gaddafi or Hosni Mubarak wanted. I see many Pakistanis making comments about those events. With due respect I would request you to consider the world as inter-connected and believe me it is, for what happens in one country affects all. Many of the political strategies in Pakistan are applied here in Bangladesh by the secular political parties like the Awami League, hence, I have this urge to speak on this issue; if you insist I will refrain from doing so but let me assure you, in the long run it will only strengthen the hands of the despots and remember despots all over the world support each other.

So let me tell you in very open manner that MQM is a patriotic political party of Pakistan unlike your AwamiLeague who with help of enemies of Pakistan founded terrorists which were no less than talebans.

I've heard Pakistanis wildly differing with you on that.

What has changed in Sindh from the 1990's? You still have murders, robberies, bomb blasts, kidnappings in Sindh. You have target killings that is not present in most provinces. You just dont have suicide bombings, but Pakistan never had a single case of suicide bombing in its soil before 9/11/2001.

For God's sake dont be like goraiy westerners and think a gora westerner life is far more precious than a Pakistani or a Middle Eastern life.

MQM is far from patriotic. MQM's leader is a traitor who went to arch-rival india and made a speech that the creation of Pakistan was a mistake. Whatever you want to say about PPP, PML-N, ANP, etc.. Atleast no party ever did this:

Just tell me where did i wrote that Gora life is more precious than Pakistanis? & FYI every one knows that our peoples are dying due to talebans bombings, so why are you supporting them?

Altaf Hussain reminds me of our UP politicians.

Isn't that because is is a Mohajir from UP? It is in the blood.

EDIT: I was right! From Wiki...
Altaf Hussain’s parents were immigrants from India. Hussain’s grand-father, Mohammad Mufti Ramazan, was Grand Mufti of the town of Agra, UP, India and his maternal grand-father Haji Hafiz Raheem Bhux was a reputed religious scholar in India.
