Blasphemy Law Possible Modifications!

You talk about killing people but in the same paragraph put Islam is the religion of peace. Honestly you really think after this blasphemy law episode people think Islam is a religion of peace?
Why not just modify this law to be a little bit more tolerant. Like if anyone regardless of religion insults a religious figure from any religion then he/she is subjected to get a fine or a little time in prison.
