Balochistan the biggest province of Pakistan is located at an extremely strategic position in the region. Their tribal war over trivial issues is the biggest hurdle for human development in spite of all human resources. The Chamalang coal reserves were first discovered in 1885 during British rule. In spite of prosperity a bloody war started between the Pashtoon Luni and Marri tribes. Pakistan Army intervened. This was a journey of sacrifices, jawans and officers of Pakistan Army lost their limbs, their lives but were determined to bring these people out of darkness.

I wanted to post it but its already posted so giving my views.

1. Commendable role of 41st infantry Division in bringing tribes to the table and forging a negotiation between them. Due to the incapabilities of Civilian Government, PA expanded its role in the region

2. Education is an important measure which PA always sprouts in the society, any place in Pakistan wherever these uniformed personnel are posted. De-mining of the area as well as uplifting economy.

3. The most significant factor of turning tribal fighters who created unrest in the region, into guardians of the area, THE CHAMALANG GUARDS, a 2000 strong force.
