Chinese have focused on their own well being. They don’t think like few others who are focused on downfall of others rather than their own well being.
If someone wants to learn from China then it should be “to keep your head down, work on making your nation prosperous and economically strong”. Once that is taken care of, other nations will fall in line automatically.
The route you have suggested for Pakistan is complete opposite of that.
Maybe you have a good strategy to implement your theory.

China sees Pakistan as a valuable ally.

China would arm us to the teeth to see India defeated.

China is trying its best to help Pakistan economically so we can stand on our two feet.

The time has come for Pakistan to stand up on its own, at least economically.

If China actually had the intention, India would be destroyed

But they don't, they are simply not invested as Pakistan is, they export a decent amount to India

At most they'll provide diplomatic support and resupply us with weapons and ammunition. They won't be launching any sort of full scale military assault against India
