According to official Indian government findings, Muslims are the most poorest, least educated, and most marginalized community in India. There is alot of discrimination against Muslims at work place, job-hiring companies and so on. The notion that "Oh Muslims send their kids of Madrassa and hence they are backward" is over-blown. In reality, it is the anti-Muslim hate and discrimination in Indian society that keeps Muslims backward.

Instead of working hard, they choose madrassa education which means nothing in modern society's job requirements, ask for reservations, doleouts, religious subsidies and vote to earn. Then when they are given job opportunities, they just don't turn out to be as capable as other communities.

If India was anti-minorities, no minority would be successful.

On the contrary, all minorities are far wealthier than the Hindu brethren here, except Muslims.

Reforming your religion is in your hand and as a result reforming Muslim mentality is in their hands.
