Pakistan is in denial about the strikes. If India were to produce the evidence, PA may be forced to act, leading to a war. There will be elements of doubt in all such military actions. Even today there are people who believe Osama still lives and US conducted a false flag in Abbottabad.

Anyway, I personally feel surgical strikes were not a good strategy. India should have continued with the strategy of isolation.

Now Uttar Pradesh and Punjab elections, and the surgical strikes have given boost to BJP poll prospects. Now opposition wants its share of pie. I am really unhappy with the kind of attitude the opposition is taking just for polls forgetting that India is facing serious external threats.

Thing is BJP needs to stop using this issue in polls. Already banners have sprung up crediting BJP leaders for Army actions which it shouldnt. The credit should go to army alone and noone else.
