Bill Passed great acheivement!!By Sindh assembly! Its easier to pass a bill sitting in air conditioned Assembly building But they wont do any thing on ground!

Government schools have always been dirt cheap....whats new in this bill?
My school fee was 23 Rs a month.

I agree, 20 years ago, I remember one of my friends in govt school, his fee was like 30 rupees a month.

And then of course, there was the, fees mafi ki derkhwast. Part of the Urdu syllabus and assigned for homework, jokingly we'd write about insane hardship endured in the family. Dad has lost his job, mom is maid in three different houses, little siblings are extremely ill and no money for medication, humbly request your discretion in waiving the monthly school fee. lol great stuff.
