It’s probably genetics. Probably Central Asian genetics are more fit against these viral circumstances.

I really think it is by the grace of God that the damage from the pandemic in Pakistan has not been as bad as initially predicted. While I do believe that the government's approach has been the correct one, given our social and economic realities, the fact is that we have been greatly helped by other factors that are yet to be identified.

In my uninformed opinion, it is probably due to unintended mass immunization either by means of existing vaccines, or more likely due to exposure to all sorts of viruses, thanks to our inadequate health infrastructure, and poor management of waste. Since the same can be said about India, there are probably other factors, like lower population density, younger population, better personal hygiene, etc. So it is probably a combination of factors - all by the grace of God.

But more people die from regular flu in pakistan than died in corona virus..i know it first hand..

Without deriding and making fun of Indian deaths, innocent people died there, this looks believable on some counts.

The blame lies squarely on Indian extremist bigoted government where they played this Hindu/Muslim, India-Pakistan cards to gain the electorates and to shun the responsibilities, as Muslim hating works in India in elections and just about any time, the safest way to save your skin.

That would be delimma of another kind.
I repeat no one in pakistan would take the vaccine.. They would consider it an anti muslim vaccine to neuter muslims and stop their population.
