The US wont declare war on another nuclear armed country, unless they can guarantee 100% that all nukes can be accounted for and will be neutralised immediately, which is of course impossible.

Maybe the missiles cant reach North America, but there are plenty of US targets in Asia and Europe. Besides that there are other ways of delivering the payload like planes, or if the situation is desperate enough on a ship or lorry.

True that, people on the forum accuse NS of corruption, that guys is so stinking rich does he even need to indulge in petty corruption?

Problem is he and his family/relatives got wealthy only when they were in power e.g 1990's when panama leaks happened people asked him to give money trail of how he purchased flats in London in 90's worth billions of Rs and today 1.5 years later he has failed to provide the money trail and prove how they got all this wealth all he and his sons/daughter/relatives have done is submit forged documents SC gave them 2-3 chances no one gets that much chances he lied in Parliament about his source of income/wealth etc (he should've been disqualified or at least resigned himself at that very moment) there are still 10 cases of corruption against him in National Accountability bureau all of this indicates that he and his family members earned this wealth through corruption NS and Zardari are two different sides of the same coin.

Different times. The Americans after 9/11 would have started WW3 if they could; nukes that can't reach mainland USA would not have concerned them.

The pic you quote shows an ICBM that can reach mainland USA or almost any country of the world.
