From the way the building is constructed--it seems like modern construction techniques are coming to Pakistan

Hopefully, Pakistanis learn new construction techniques to build the country faster and efficiently.

Believe me, in U.S...they construct a MASSIVE modern building of steel, glass, and concrete in 1/7 of the time it'd take to do the same in Pakistan.

I hope not, modern techniques ruins the environment and are not compatible with our climate and requires alot of power resource, for which we lack. I wished they would have constructed it in the traditional way just like the Railway head quarters in lahore and install "khas ki chicks" on the windows for cool air. This would save them on energy and construction costs.

Damn bro...literally listened to this word after 6,7 years!!! We had khas in our coolers when I used to live in Pakistan. Kya yaad karwa diya! haha
