Im seeing trend here doctors are giving wrong medications how the hell are they able to get mbbs. My cousin of 10 years died in rawalpindi and another 30 years old died in Karachi 3 days back both due to wrong medications

in develop countries only pharmacist allow to decide dosage its not a doctor who decide dosage

I saw a news on Friday there was another incident where medical staff gave wrong medication to i think 10 year old girl and the hide the evidence of wrong injection. WTH is going on. It's time to check the degrees of these so called doctors, fockers are ready to do jalsa jaloos but when issue is solved these a-holes start giving wrong medications.

MBBS dodctors don`t treat paediatric patients usually unless it is emergency or treating under a senior paediatrician. Atleast this is the system in India, sure that will be same in Pakistan too.
MBBS is not enough to treat paediatric age group. More details about this particular please.

This brought tears to my eyes, being father of a 5 year old daughter myself, i cant imagine this happening with my daughter or anyone else.

People only talk about corruption of politicians & military elite - while the fact is that majority of people in Pakistan who isn't involved in corruption are those who don't get chance. These doctors keep writing unnecessary medicines, tests on prescriptions to get commissions and incentives. They prescribe medicine by brand to ensure that "customer" buy product they want them to buy instead of formula where people can check price and quality available from different companies for same medicine. Medicines is most profitable business after opium in Pakistan.
