Data is a percentage , check its constants whether you are in 2004 or 2014, not much change and it's sufficient to give the rape statitics of countries.

Most of the cases Indian women gets molested in public places like bus,trains and pujas. There is no places to complain those acts so indian women enjoy that or allow people to explore.
