Alphonso name is Hafoos locally or ratnagiri . We call it alphonso for export purposes plus it is known internationally as such .

Its called Chausa in India and according to that link, its called Chausa in Pakistan. Technically you can suck almost all kinds of mango should we call them all chaunsa? And lol shouldn't it be choosa and not chaunsa if we went by the "sucker" mango logic.

Its not just about name mate, click on the link and read up on the history of "Pakistani" mangoes. At best you can call them Muhajir Mangoes
