Best Time for India to Become Superpower: KPMG

indians have another chance to celebrate, envy you:pissed:

.
We should seize this opportunity.

Ease labour laws, form a government company ONLY FOR land acquisition laws and corporatize it, exclude infrastructure projects for tourism, leisure and travel industry from 'LUXURY' category.

Eliminate multiple ministerial authority over common things like: Aviation, tourism & travel, Hotel industry etc. Put them under one head.

Put defence and strategic production industries with dual capabilities under one head.

Put economy, corporate affairs, property under corporate affairs with one authoritative head.

Remove duplicity of authority and see how things change.

india has again become loan/aid economy... india doesn't produce any credible weaponary... india has not contributed to the world technologically... india will never send humans to space by itself... india is not even the sole regional power... india is a member of nato ( grouping created by usa )... so, what is all this "superpower" drama about??

best is for india to first provide justice to its citizens, and eradicate all its obscene traditions and "culture".

.
It sounds like today you decide, and tomorrow you will be called "Super Power"........ I dont think any sane Indian believe that india can become superpower in near future.....There are several things to be done to reach there...... But then nothing wrong in dreaming and aiming big.......

And who want this Super Power tag?
All we need is a peacful life and good prosperity.Complete elimination of poverty.Rest will follow us.We dont need to be world police.

Who wants this Super Power Tag????? No one!!!!!!!! The only people interested in such words are our media.... Because that gives them the opportunity to put some attractive titles for their stories........

Like KPMG CEO, Richard Rekhy is not a wise man like you.

In fact, if i look at future, i do not see any country which has a potential to grow like india. Huge mass with an aspiration to learn and grow with vibrant old culure driving the society. Indians are coming at the center stage of business, Education and research as well as leadership in corporate.

In other rich countries, the generations are spoiled with luxury and economical security. The country like china has converted themselves into an another European country by killing their culture. Their generation is not good enough to provide leadership in corporate nor fit for any high intellectual research. Country like Iran had the potential but it is wasted in Islam. Middle east is also wasted in over islamization. SO as the case with Pakistan. Country like Israel differs from others but it is too small. Its culture will hinder the growth of Israel. They will continue to struggle with its neighbor and have a little chance to flourish. It is too small too.

KPMG CEO has rightly said that it is a right time to start a journey to be a super power. We have a right leadership to reflect positevily to our aspiration and back up our efforts into right direction.

True, in the 2030 video, it's a white man that affirm India's superpower status. But are we sure that this Richard Rikhy is not an Indian. Maybe he is an Indian with a western name. There are many Indians with western names when you call tech support.

When I see your @$$ burn to all this sort of reports, I get a consolation that we are moving in right direction.

from india... not "indian"... i am socialist... i do not believe in celebrating nationality.

I agree with everything you had to say except your point about Iran.

Iranians (and the Lebanese) seem to be quite literally the most progressive Muslims I've met. Unlike the Lebanese however they're also a very intelligent bunch.

I am in no way under the influence of an Iranian lady. That would be ludicrous.

In fact I say that only. Iran had a potential but it will not be able to flourish according to its potential because of the Islam and other prevailing condition in Iran.

Culture and religion are something which plays a very important role. It may help you to flourish or hinder your progress inspite of your potential. With Islam as the prevailing religion, Iran can not flourish.

I acknowledge your sarcasm....

Well you did not get the point here....... Its not about potential, Yes we do have the potential to become one, especially with the kind of population we have...... But The condition we are in it is a long way ahead........ Before even thinking of becoming a super power there are several things to be done, let us not forget we have huge number of population who live under poverty.......But as i said in my previous post nothing wrong in dreaming, because dreaming something is the first step to achieve
