Best State in India and Pakistan?

Hello friends,

So I want you guys to tell me what you think is the best state in Pakistan AND India. You have to give a reason and pictures would be great corroboration.

In my opinion, all Pakistani provinces have something different going on, all of them are very diverse and awesome in their own ways. I love all of them.

For India, i like the place called goa (don't know which province), saw some pics online, looked very good.

Question is wrong we don't have state but provinces and then cities within these provinces..also best in what sense? living standard? scenery ? rich? tourism? hospitality ? etc

My vote for Sikkim. Clean, beautiful, progressive, not steeped in corruption, easy to access, nice people, good food, great treks, Kanchenjunga ......what's not to like?
