Why does it say EX-Tank? :D

As far as I remember, it is suppossed to be Tank-Ex, aka MBT Karan, a T-72 chasis with an Arjun turret.

Why Ex-Tank...

SA,

I think that's pretty basic stuff that you can learn from Wikipedia. Please do pay the site a visit.

2. Arent they more look like russian designs??

Please be more specific. Which one looks like which russian design?

India has been a busy bee. It is working on a lot of projects and they have been coming along well by the looks of things.

Looks Mig-35 to me...

Cruise Missile
BrahMos and Oniks CM have typical Russian appearance, with folded delta wings in the middle and "mig-21" type air intake.

And as for PAK-FA project is concerned, Sukhoi Corporation is the head of the project while India is just a paying customer like Turkey, Netherlands, Italy, Canada, Australia, and Norway are funding F-35 program with cash, UK being exceptional with BAE little contribution to F-35.
Indians are just over glorifying god knows what contribution on the Advanced Tactical Frontline Fighter "ATFF" where as they have not been able to put a decent 4th generation fighter in the inventory yet even after 20 years of development with the help of over 4 different countries.
